Hoy os quiero presentar a los peques de la casa, a mis peludines, a mis animalillos. La familia la completan dos gatas: Pandora y Fiera; y tres cobayas: Nieve, Jon y Sam. Las gatas, como era de esperar, tienen una curiosidad insaciable por las cobis, pero ellas lejos de tenerles miedo, se les acercan inocentemente y las gatas se asustan jajaja Lo que más les gusta a las gatas es dormir y jugar, y a las cobis comer, comer y comer, y chillar para que les eches de comer XD
Today I want to introduce you the kids of the house, my furry, my littles. The family is composed by two cats: Pandora and Fiera; and three guinea pigs: Snow, Jon and Sam. The cats, as expected, have an insatiable curiosity about guinea pigs, but they, far from being afraid, approach them innocently and the cats are scared lol What cats love more is to sleep and to play, and what guinea pigs love more is to eat and eat, and scream for you to feed them XD
Mi gatita Pandora es asmática, y ahora mismo tengo que inhalarla con un aparato especial dos veces al día, lo que me impide irme a cualquier lado sin ella o sin dejarla con alguien de confianza que sepa darle los cuidados que necesita. My cat Pandora is asthmatic, and now I have to inhale her with a special device twice daily, which prevents me go anywhere without her or without leaving her with someone I trust, who can give her the care she need. She recently turned 8 years old, I love her more than anything, she is my best friend, I don´t know how am I gonna live when she is gone …

Fiera, mi otra gata, tiene un problema de comportamiento probablemente causado por alguna vivencia traumática de cuando vivía en la calle. Es una gata muy asustadiza, solamente se siente cómoda con Pandora, el resto de seres vivos le producen pavor, sobre todo los humanos. No deja que nadie la toque, y si la atrapas y la acaricias empieza a hiperventilar y a temblar, da mucha penita… Así que yo la dejo a su bola, si se quiere acercar genial y si no pues no pasa nada. Así que cuando hace algo cariñoso conmigo me emociono un montón jejeje
Fiera, my other cat, has a behavior problem probably caused by some traumatic experience when she lived on the street. She is a very scary cat, only feels comfortable with Pandora, other living beings will produce her fear, especially humans. She doesn´t let anyone touch her, and if you catch her, she begins to hyperventilate and tremble, it is such a pity … So I leave her alone, if she want to get closer OK, and if not, is also OK. So when she do something nice to me I get excited a lot hehe

Las cobis las adopté del Núcleo Zoológico en el que estoy realizando un voluntariado. Mucha gente las abandona y allí están desbordados de cobayas, así que adopté a tres pequeñines para darles un respiro, y porque me encantan las cobayas, son de las primeras mascotas que tuve de niña y siempre les he tenido especial cariño, me parecen super cuquis jejeje
I adopted the guinea pigs from the Zoo where I’m doing a volunteer. Lots of people abandon them, and in the zoo are overwhelmed with guinea pigs, so I adopted three little ones to give them a break, and because I love guinea pigs, they are the first pet I had as a child, and I have always had a special affection for them, they are super cuteees hehehe

Todos ellos son o adoptados o rescatados de la calle, estoy muy en contra del comercio de animales, me dan mucha pena las granjas de cría y las condiciones en las que viven las hembras de las especies que se comercializan. Creo que para tener un animal a tu cargo hay que ser una persona muy responsable, conocer al dedillo los cuidados que van a necesitar, no ser rata con el veterinario ni con la nutrición y quererlos mucho mucho, pero también saber educarlos.Todo esto requiere mucho esfuerzo y a veces sacrificios, así que si no estás dispuesto a realizarlos, mejor no tengas animales, ni hijos jajajaja
All my pets are either adopted or rescued from the street, I’m against the animal trade, I feel so bad about breeding farms and the conditions in which females must live. I think that to have an animal in your care you have to be a very responsible person, know very well the care it need, not be stingy with the vet or the nutrition, and love it a lot, but also educate it. All this requires a lot of effort and sometimes sacrifice, so if you’re not willing to do that, better not have animals or children lol
